An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve months. pk44 may apply an inactivity fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule displayed in account settings. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
pk44 supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as displayed in the payments section of your account. All transactions are processed in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied by pk44 at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
Minimum and maximum PKR deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the payments section of your account and may vary by payment method. These limits are set to ensure the security and integrity of the payments system and may be adjusted by pk44 at any time, with appropriate notice to affected players.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method that has been used to deposit funds into your pk44 account. This is a security measure designed to protect players against fraudulent withdrawal requests. If your payment method has changed, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.
pk44 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed quickly once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. pk44 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
PKR deposited into your pk44 account must be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform. pk44 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where deposit funds have not been used for any genuine betting or gaming activity, or where irregular deposit and withdrawal patterns are identified.
All bets placed on pk44 are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. pk44 reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. Bets placed at manifest error odds — for example, due to a technical or pricing error — may be voided even after apparent confirmation.
pk44 offers sports betting markets including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football, esports and other sports as displayed on the platform. Cricket and PSL markets are subject to the specific settlement rules displayed within each market. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's live betting terms, which include the possibility that bets placed after an event outcome is determined may be voided.
Live casino games, slot titles and fish games on pk44 are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is provided by the game's software provider and is displayed in the game information panel. pk44 does not guarantee wins or minimum returns on any casino game.
Once a bet has been confirmed on pk44, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. You are responsible for checking bet details before confirming. Exceptions may apply in specific circumstances at pk44's sole discretion, for example where a sporting event is postponed before it commences.

Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated time period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Expired bonuses are removed from your account balance without compensation.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside pk44's control may occasionally affect platform availability.
pk44 will not be liable to any player for losses arising from: platform downtime or technical errors beyond pk44's reasonable control; delays in PKR payment processing caused by third-party providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions; decisions made by players based on information provided on the platform, including odds and statistics; or losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
Nothing in these terms limits pk44's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The maximum aggregate liability of pk44 to any player in connection with any event or series of related events shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event.
You may close your pk44 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method once standard checks are complete.
pk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: these terms have been violated; fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity is suspected; the account holder is found to be under 18; duplicate accounts are identified; or account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Where an account is closed by pk44 due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to circumstances not involving a breach of terms, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all applicable checks are completed.
pk44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk44 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details on file or through a notice on the platform.
